These roles are critical customer facing roles and an extension of an organizations brand and image, the success of this role can be directly attributed to building an improved brand perception for the end user. We truly appreciate the trust that our customers have placed on us with the representation of their brand and acknowledge its importance, for this reason most of our officers working in the segment come from a customer service or hospitality back ground. These men and women are trained to wear multiple hats, to work as a customer service officer and as a security officer, to be able to confidently engage with customers and members of the public whilst looking after their safety and wellbeing. - Greet guests and staff
- Manage site access
- Managing access logs
- Assist resident, guests and staff
- Calling the lifts
- Booking Taxis
- Referring Residents to service providers
- Escorting contractors on site
- Maintaining the Daily Occurence Book (DOB)
- Maintain the Move-in and Notice Diary (MIND)
- Maintain daily log
- Maintaining Key Log
- Maintaining Parcel Log
- Support Covid Safe Plan implementation and compliance
- Support evacuations
- Incident response and management
- Provide first aid
- Support investigations
- Maintaining the safety of the premises and personnel
- Provide security outside of the building and notifying authorities if required
